Free ground shipping on all orders shipped to a U.S. address. Orders received before 1:00pm eastern will ship the same day. Orders placed after 1:00pm eastern will ship the next day so when selecting overnight delivery consider the time you are placing the order.

Shipping times are estimated, not guaranteed and may vary depending on order processing time and the distance of the shipping address from our distribution center in Miami, FL. Please use the map below to estimate the transit time to your shipping address.

When your order is complete you will receive a tracking number via email to check the status of your delivery.  Or you may visit collegewatch.com and click on the user login icon on the top right header of our site. Log in to your account and track the status of your order.

Shipping Zones

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For all orders shipping outside of the U.S., we offer FedEx International Economy. Your shipping cost will be automatically calculated at checkout. Duties and taxes are not included and are calculated by the customs department in the country of delivery. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.


RETURNS PROCESS

We offer free returns for domestic orders placed on collegewatch.com.  If for any reason you would like to return your new college watch we offer an easy process for doing so.

Returns without RMAs:

Please do not mail watches to our office without following the steps below, as it takes longer to process returns without reference numbers. Returns received without a RMA number and will be charged a $15 restocking fee.

For online purchases:

To return your unused, unworn watch in original packaging to us within 30 days of purchase by following these steps:

  1. Go to https://collegewatch.com/returns 
  2. Enter your order number and the email address used to place the order.
  3. Select the item(s) you want to process for return
  4. Choose return or exchange
  5. For exchanges, please list the name, style and size of the watch you'd like to receive in exchange for the returned item.
  6. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment 5-7 business days after your return has been received in unworn sellable condition. 
  7. Select confirm.
  8. You will receive an email confirmation with a pre-paid USPS return label.
  9. Print the label, affix to the package and take to your local Post Office or give it to your postman.

For in-store purchases:

Bring your unused and unworn college watch back to the store with all original packaging and tags intact. Refunds, exchanges and/or credits will be issued at the discretion of store management, in accordance with store policy.

 

REPAIRS

Your College Watch Co. watch is warranted by College Watch Co. for the lifetime of the watch under the terms and conditions of this warranty. The College Watch Co. warranty covers faulty workmanship under normal use of the lifetime of the product. In case of defects covered by the warranty, all components (excluding battery, straps and buckle) will be repaired or the watch will be replaced free of charge. In case of a replacement, College Watch Co. cannot guarantee that you will receive the same watch model. If your model is not available a watch of equal value and similar style will be provided. Please refer to the RETURNS section of this page for more information.

For service work that is not covered under this warranty, our service center may perform the services you request for a charge dependent on the type of work requested. You will be notified of such charges prior to College Watch Co. commencing the requested repair(s). College Watch Co. will commence such repairs only upon your prior approval to such charges.

If you need a new battery, you can take your watch to a local jewelry or watch repair shop to have the battery replaced. You'll want to make sure the shop is able to perform an ATM pressure test procedure to ensure that your watch has been properly sealed and remains water resistant to the level indicated on the watch’s caseback.

If you choose to have your watch battery replaced by a service provider other than College Watch Co., such replacement will not void your warranty, so long as such replacement is performed by an experienced and legitimate watch service center; is not performed in a negligent manner; is reassembled properly, including without limitation, replacement of gasket if necessary to achieve suitable water-tightness.

College Watch Co. has the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, if any such third party battery replacement voids your warranty.
